1. What is StickerCenter?
StickerCenter is a solution available on your Digital TV receiver or on your TV with integrated receiver that allows the exhibition, management and execution of Stickers.
When buying your digital receiver look for the StickerCenter seal.
2. What are Stickers?
Stickers are applications that can be downloaded to the receiver via interactive channel or through the Digital TV signal transmitted by broadcasters that support the StickerCenter solution. With Stickers you can access various features and services, as well as content that is complementary to the TV programs. The StickerCenter comes with preinstalled Stickers, among them we have: StickerShop and Configuration Sticker.
3. How do I download more Stickers?
Accessing the StickerShop on your TV, a list of Stickers is presented and they can all be downloaded to the digital receiver. Some of these Stickers can only be downloaded if you have credits in your account. The Stickers transmitted by TV broadcasters are downloaded automatically and they are free of charge.
4. When I run a Sticker sometimes the video of the tuned channel disappears. Is this a bug? Why does this happen?
This is not a defect, it is a default behavior of StickerCenter designed to protect the content of the broadcaster. Each TV station owns the rights to its broadcasted audio and video . If that content is blocked when a Sticker is executed, this occurs because the TV station did not allow simultaneous viewing of the contents of that particular Sticker with its own content.
5. How do I validate my account?
When creating your account on the receiver, an confirmation e-mail is sent with a link that you must click in order to, complete your registration on the portal StickerCenter Portal.
By doing this, your account will be validated and you will be able to enjoy all the services available at StickerShop and StickerCenter Portal.
6. I have just installed a Sticker, where can I find its instructions?
Run the Sticker and press the yellow button on the remote control, this is the command to open the help panel on each Sticker.
7. How do I edit my account data?
By accessing the StickerCenter menu and selecting the User icon you can edit your account data.
You can also update your data through the StickerCenter Portal.
8. Which broadcasters are transmitting Stickers?
Check the list of TV broadcasters with content for your StickerCenter.
9. Which receivers are compatible with StickerCenter?
Check the list of StickerCenter compatible receivers.
10. What is interactive channel?
It is the way in which your receiver sends the information selected by the User. You need a broadband access to use this functionality. Check the instructions manual of your receiver to know how to install this access.
